To a dream wedding and reception for up to 400 guests. Choose your ideal location:

  • Formal English Garden – Three landings and a secret arbor (max: 400 guests)
  • Wedding and English Garden reception (max: 200 guests)
  • Indoor parlor wedding with floating reception in parlor; living room, formal dining room, tea room, library and glassed-in sun porches (max: 150 guests)
  • Optional Cocktail Spaces: Large front porch with side patios and 3rd floor Great Room with balcony (max: 100 guests)

Includes:

  • 5-hour wedding and reception with complimentary one-hour set-up and one-hour breakdown
  • (100) white folding chairs with padded seats
  • (15) 66” round tables (accommodates 8 guests)
  • (2) 60” round tables
  • (4) 36” round tables (perfect for cocktail hour/cake table)
  • (3) 6’ x 30” rectangular table (perfect for buffet, gift table or DJ)
  • (4) Semi-circle tables (perfect for bride and groom sweetheart table, place card table, favors, etc.)
  • One-night stay in Premium Room for Bridal Couple (candles, rose petals, chocolates, the works!)

Preferred licensed caterers, rental supplier, professional photographers and videographers, florists, bakers, decorators, officiants, DJs and bands that suit your needs.

  • Any five hours until 12:00 midnight. Couple must reserve all guest rooms night of the event

  • Any five hours between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
  • Any five hours until 12:00 midnight. Couple must reserve all guest rooms for a two-night minimum stay, including the night of the event

Saturday
Timeframe:

  • Any five hours between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight. Couple must reserve all guest rooms for a two-night minimum stay, including the night of the event

A destination event with unlimited possibilities

  • Exclusive use of the Mansion from Friday at 2:00 p.m. to Sunday at 11:00 a.m. (does not include spa). Imagine a Friday afternoon bridal shower in the private tea room or in the on-premises spa! How about a Friday-night welcome cocktail reception in the Great Room, a rehearsal dinner under the secret arbor or an informal BBQ for out-of-town guests on the lawn!
  • The ground and the Mansion for the wedding ceremony and reception
  • (100) white folding chairs with padded seats
  • (15) 66” round tables (accommodates 8 guests)
  • (2) 60” round tables
  • (4) 36” round tables (perfect for cocktail hour/cake table)
  • (3) 6’ x 30” rectangular tables (perfect for buffet, gift table or DJ)
  • (4) semi-circle tables (perfect for Bride and Groom sweetheart table, place card table, favors, etc.)
  • Full hot cooked breakfast on both mornings for the guests staying at the B & B. (We’re happy to accommodate additional breakfast guests not staying at the Mansion for $25 per person. You could make it a farewell breakfast or brunch!)
